contemporary fine arts gallery are woven, built, painted and created using the tilt and pour technique.
15 contemporary artists use individual techniques and motifs to open up new perspectives on the subject of landscape painting.
Their works are imbued with personal stories that reflect the artistic development of each artist as well as their immediate life situation.

As one artist emphasizes: “I don’t paint my pictures, I build them. For me, a painting is a window into the world.” Another artist paints with warp and weft threads on a loom. The next one lets non-colors flow on and over the canvas. And the pair of art activists record the fate of a large old black poplar tree on Merseburger Straße, out of Leipzig, in the form of 30 paintings.
As viewers, we are right in the middle of the exhibition with works by ROLAND DELEAU, JÜRGEN DURNER, UWE HAND, HELGE HOMMES, SIHAM ISSAMI, JÜRGEN JANSEN, SUSANNE KNAACK, NIKOLAI MAKAROV, FLORIAN PELKA, YVES RASCH, SAXANA, CAROLA SCHAPALS, BERND SCHWARTING, CONRAD SEVENS and SONJA WEBER.
