Eigen + Art Berlin represents artists from the fields of film/video, photography, installation, painting and sculpture, conceptual art and performance. The target is on a long-term cooperation and steady development of the artists and their work. Founded in 1983 as an unofficial gallery project in Leipzig, Gerd Harry Lybke developed Eigen + Art into an international institution.
The gallery is located on Auguststraße in Berlin-Mitte.
