SchlagLicht – Stiftung Kunstforum Berliner Volksbank

SchlagLicht (> SpotLight), the second exhibition to be shown at the Stiftung Kunstforum Berliner Volksbank in 2023, opened as part of Berlin Art Week and was created in collaboration with the DZ BANK Art Foundation. Painting, sculpture and graphic art from the Berliner Volksbank art collection enter into a dialogue with photographic artworks from the DZ BANK collection.

The compilation illustrates how artists combine different genres and find new forms of artistic expression through the open, experimental use of material. In the thematic fields of portrait, body and figure, cityscape and abstraction, the exhibition focuses on various facets of the human condition and invites visitors to break through established thought structures in order to arrive at new perspectives.
